Artists and organisations have a responsibility to:
• Identify and assess workplace risks and hazards
• Formulate a risk management plan
• Communicate the Risk Management Plan with all relevant personnel
• Implement the Risk Management Plan
• Regularly review the Risk Management Plan
• Report accidents and incidents in line with state and territory WHS legislation
• Educate themselves on WHS legislation relating to their specific practice
• Meet legal WHS obligations relating to their practice
• Meet legal WHS obligations in relation to employees and collaborators
• Meet legal WHS obligations in relation to contractors
• Meet legal WHS obligations in relation to public liability in any premises
